Are your company’s personnel policies and employee handbook up-to-date in view of recent decisions of the National Labor Relations Board?

Has your company reviewed its personnel policies and/or employee handbook recently, especially in light of recent decisions of the National Labor Relations Board concerning, among other things, work rules, use of company e-mail, social media policies, workplace manners policies, no access rules, confidentiality policies, and at-will employment disclaimers? If not, you and your company may be surprised by the decisions of the NLRB pertaining to these provisions found in most employee handbooks, which may ultimately necessitate revisions to your policies and handbook.
