Date: 12/13/2014 TO 12/14/2014 Time: 12:00 PM TO 4:00 PM 2 Eckley Street Weatherly, PA 18255 Phone: 570-636-2070 Event Description: In previous years, we have had two programs running simultaneously for Christmas—Victorian Christmas in the Sharpe House and Children’s Christmas in the Episcopal Church basement and Visitors’ Center. While both focused on the spirit of Christmas and welcomed families to the village, this year the events are one, but in a special way. This year’s event, Christmas at Eckley, will be held Saturday and Sunday, Dec. 13 and 14 from noon to 4 p.m. The fundraiser will welcome visitors to experience the holiday spirit in innovative ways, while incorporating the merriments of the season from the past few years at the village—refreshments in the Sharpe House, St. Nicholas, basket raffles, children’s crafts and more. Admission: $7 per person In the spirit of Christmas giving, visitors can bring a nonperishable food item(s) to the event as a donation to local food pantry to receive $1 off admission.
