This presentation discusses the appeal process and how to prepare for a hearing by explaining the rights each party has under due process elements and how the rules of evidence apply. Examples are given and a mock UC hearing is then conducted to illustrate the information in an easy to understand setting. This presentation is conducted in conjunction with the UC Board of Review.
