Event Description: Each year, too many lives are lost to lung disease and this is your chance to climb, raise money and make an impact in their honor. By joining the Wilkes-Barre Arena Climb, you are making the commitment to fight lung disease so everyone can breathe easier- including you! Event Information The climb will be held on Saturday, April 5, 2014 at the Mohegan Sun Arena, 255 Highland Park Blvd., Wilkes-Barre, PA 18702. Registration starts at noon and the climb begins at 1:00pm. How to Register You may register at any time by clicking the link listed below. In addition to the $25 registration fee, each participant is required to raise an additional $100 for the fight against lung disease. Participants who individually raise the minimum fundraising goal of $100 will receive a complimentary t-shirt. Plus, don't stop at $100. The more you raise the more valuable prizes you can earn! Event Overview Families, individuals and teams join together in a climb to raise awareness for the 35 million Americans who suffer from lung disease including asthma, COPD and lung cancer. Participants work together to raise valuable funds to continue the work of the American Lung Association to save lives by improving lung health and preventing lung disease.
